INGREDIENTS

• Lebanese meat pie (mince recipe)

• 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese

• 4 Lettuce leaves

• 2 Lebanese pickles

• 1 small tomato, chopped

• 2 Tbsp Natural Greek yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS

• Prepare the meat mixture as instructed. (you only need about 1 cup of the meat mixture)

• To a small pan, add 1 Tbsp olive oil & fry the meat mixture until fully cooked. Set aside.

• To a flat pancake pan, add the shredded Parmesan & allow to melt & harden.

• Plate your dish as desired & enjoy a beautiful, aromatic, guilt free meal!
